- Start with intuitive suggestions: After you start a Live Chat with a contact, Mainstay will offer up a suggested response based on the contact's last message and your recent conversation history.
- Note: Mainstay will not suggest responses to questions received outside of your Live Chat session.
- Automatically reference Organization Attributes: If a contact asks a question during a live chat session that can be answered with an Organization Attribute (such as a date of an event or a link to a website), the AI will automatically include it in the suggested response.
- Fine-tune before sending: You can tweak and personalize the suggested responses before sending to the contact, if changes need to be made. Or you can dismiss the suggestion and write your own response as usual, without AI assistance.
