Overview
After the kick-off meeting, the Mainstay team has asked you to complete an "Onboarding Form." The purpose of this form is to gather the information necessary to continue setting up your virtual assistant.
The first section of the form requests factual information about the virtual assistant, such as area code, its name, and the number of students that will be using it. The second section of the form asks about your goals for the virtual assistant and the focus during launch. Finally, you can explain next steps regarding student data and your availability for a weekly meeting.
How to Complete
You will notice that Mainstay has pre-filled some information based on our previous conversations. You should add more details to that information and respond to any questions that have not been filled out. However, if the information has changed, you are welcome to remove or edit it.
Prioritizing the Sections of Your Form
While a robust amount of information enables a faster understanding of your goals, the most important piece of information in the form is the availability for a weekly meeting. Even if you are unable to complete the full document before our first weekly check-in, please indicate your availability for that meeting as soon as possible. During the first meeting, we can clarify any question in the form and start working on other aspects of the virtual assistant.
