Setting Your Target Launch Date

When deciding when you want to launch, please keep in mind that it takes partners 5-8 weeks to complete onboarding, with the timing largely contingent on your staff’s capacity and ability to dedicate time to onboarding responsibilities. You will want to pick a time for your launch that will yield the greatest impact. Consider the following questions:

• When will bot usage have the most impact on the goals you have defined?
• When will the bot be most helpful for your students? For your staff?
• Could the roll-out align or complement existing communications being sent out to students?

Over the course of your onboarding, your contact at Mainstay will keep you posted on progress toward launch. As the target launch period approaches, you can expect to have conversations about a specific date and time when the bot will introduce itself to your students and discuss what to expect when the bot launches!
