Overview

#scholarshipbot is a special #Command accessible to some institutions. (Contact your Partner Success Manager if you would like this feature enabled.) This helps learners find scholarships they may be eligible for, using the NSPA data set.

Learner Experience

When a learner triggers this command, Mainstay generates a unique URL and replies with instructions.

When the learner clicks the link, they're taken to a webform where they can provide demographic and interest information. (The vast majority of these questions are optional.) These parameters are used to determine which scholarships the learner is eligible for.

At the end, the learner is presented with a list of relevant scholarships. If the learner is interested, they can click Apply for scholarship to be taken to the external website to apply.
