The Label Manager provides a comprehensive view of contact labels, including the ability to rename and delete them. Labels can be applied during a Data Upload (see Uploading Contacts) or by manually editing an individual contact (see Contact Panel). Labels are generally used for filtering the audience of a campaign. (See Creating / Editing Audiences .)
Within the Label Manager, you can take the following actions:
- Filter labels created in alphabetical order (A-Z or Z-A) or chronological (newest first or oldest first), as well as Search for labels matching text entered into the search field.
- Rename a label by clicking on it and editing the name.
- Delete a label by clicking the trashcan icon on the right.
- View the number of contacts that have this label applied.
