Overview
In rare instances, you may need to fully block a contact to prevent them from sending in messages. No new incoming messages will appear in their Conversations, no bot responses will be sent, and no escalations will be triggered.
Note: This is different from Archiving a contact. An Archived contact will not receive outgoing Campaigns, but can still be messaged via Live Chat, and becomes automatically unarchived when sending in a message.
Editing Blocked Status
On the Contact Panel, switch into Edit Mode and scroll to the Status section. Toggle Blocked on or off, and then Save.
A "Blocked" label will appear above the Contact name.
